NATURE DEGRADABLE BIOMASS PELLET BY USING CORN STALK AND ITS PREPARING METHOD

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of naturally degradable biomass pellets is provided to increase the content of cornstalk in a naturally degradable biomass pellet. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of naturally degradable biomass pellets comprises: a step of obtaining cornstalk powder by crushing a cornstalk; a step of removing moisture by heating and drying the cornstalk powder; a step of generating wax-coated cornstalk powder by putting wax into the heat-dried cornstalk powder; a step of forming a mixture by mixing a plastic resin, a polymer and an organic acid, and peroxide into the coated cornstalk powder; and a step of manufacturing a pellet by putting the mixture into an extruder for plastic resin-plant graft-bonding, discharging the graft-bonded strands through an outlet, ventilate-drying the strands while transferring; and cutting or face cutting the strands.
