摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an aluminate-based material is provided to manufacture a material suitable for a photosensor because of the excellent light emitting and photocurrent properties by introducing nickel ions as a co-activator with europium ions, which are an activator, to thereby easily control particle size by a sol gel method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an aluminate-based material in the following chemical formula: Sr_(1-x)M_xAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+),Ni^(2+) comprises: a step of dissolving Al(NO3)3-9H2O, Sr(NO3)2, and Ba(NO3)2 or Ca(NO3)2-4H2O into a solvent; a step of separately dissolving Eu(NO3)3-6H2O and Ni(CH3COOH)2; a step of mixing the precursor solution in order to be 0.01 mole of Eu^(2+) and Ni^(2+); a step of drying and heat-treating the mixture; a step of incinerating the outcome; and a step of drying and sintering the outcome, after milling the outcome in distilled water. In the chemical formula, M is Ba or Ca, and 0<=x<=0.5.
