PURPOSE: A roaster for meat is provided to allow oil and water generated when meat is roasted to flow along inclined planes of grill plates. CONSTITUTION: A roaster for meat comprises a main body(1), protrusions(4), U-shaped receiving containers(5), multiple curved grill plates(7, 8), and auxiliary containers(10, 11). The top and bottom of the main body are open. The protrusions are integrally formed on the inner walls of the main body. The U-shaped receiving containers are installed at the bottoms of the protrusions. The curved plates have multiple linear groove(6) and are placed on the protrusions. The auxiliary containers have flanges(9) hung on the protrusions. |
