Each insulative housing segment includes two engaging edges ( 213 ) for attaching with another adjacent two insulative housing segments, the at least one engaging edge having at least one connect portion ( 215 ) formed thereon. At least one joining member ( 4 ) connects the connect portions of the at least two insulative housing segments.
