The pre-molding unit (20) has a body (22) defining outer and inner walls (22a, 22i) and including a wall thickness (22v). A clean room condition receiving unit (30) includes a seal (38) with wall strength (38d) that is smaller than a wall thickness of the pre-molding unit, so that the sterile condition in an inner chamber (25) of the pre-molding unit is preserved by the seal. The seal is designed in such a manner that the seal is partial plastic and/or elastically deformed or milled, and the clean room condition receiving unit is designed as a ring (31) that is connected with the outer wall. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for handling and processing a pre-molding unit (2) a device for carrying out a method for handling and processing a pre-molding unit, comprising an injection molding machine.
