SIX-BLADE BIAXIAL ROTARY POSITIVE-DISPLACEMENT PUMP

PURPOSE: A six-blade and biaxial positive displacement rotary pump is provided to get large flow rate by increasing the capacity per rotation of a rotor and reduce noise and vibration by driving at low speed. CONSTITUTION: A six-blade and biaxial positive displacement rotary pump comprises a pair of rotors(5). The pair of rotors are accommodated in a casing(1) having an inlet and an outlet and a rotor shaft for each rotor is respectively fixed in both sides of the casing. The rotor has six blades(7) which is extended in radial direction as equal angles near the rotor shaft. Thickness in rotational direction of each blade is equal and gap between a top part(7a) and a valley part(7b) of the blade is three times to five times of the thickness.
