PURPOSE: A method for preparing chlorophyll a from spirurina is provided to quickly obtain gamma-(6-amino hexyl)folic acid-chlorine e6. CONSTITUTION: A method for preapring chlorine e6-glucamine of chemical formula 5 comprises: a step of treating a chlorophyll a acetone solution of chemical formula 1 with strong base to obtain water soluble chlorophyll a derivatives of chemical formula 2; a step of treating strong acid to prepare water soluble chlorophyll a derivatives of chemical formula 2; a step of treating strong acid to the water soluble chlorophyll derivatives to prepare acid chlorine e6 of chemical formula 3; and a step of treating N-methyl-d-glucamine.
