PURPOSE: A zero harmonic filtering system is provided to enable stable supply of power by preventing excessive zero harmonic current applied on a neutral wire. CONSTITUTION: A zero harmonic filtering system comprises one or more one or more zero harmonic reducing device(200) and a central control monitoring system(CCMS,300). The zero harmonic reducing device is installed in a cabinet panel of a low pressure consumer using a three-phase four-wire electric power system. The zero harmonic reducing device measures harmonic wave. The zero harmonic reducing device reduces the zero harmonic current generated from a neutral wire. The zero harmonic reducing device stores data by measuring harmonic and power quality related data. The zero harmonic reducing device transmits data with to a central control monitoring system.
