PURPOSE: An operating apparatus capable of sequentially injecting gas and drugs into the skin of a patient is provided to accurately and stably inject the drugs in between the cutaneous layer and the hypoderm. CONSTITUTION: An operating apparatus capable of sequentially injecting gas and drugs into the skin of a patient includes a catheter(13), a drug injection unit(18), and a gas injection unit. The catheter includes a drug injection needle(11) and a gas injection needle(12). The drug injection unit automatically supplies the drugs to the catheter using a drug tube, and includes a syringe and an actuator. The gas injection unit automatically supplies the gas to the catheter using a gas tub.
