<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency measuring device capable of measuring a frequency with a high degree of accuracy and in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: A frequency measuring device includes: a high frequency distributor for distributing an input high frequency signal into two; a broadband frequency measuring circuit into which a first output of the high frequency distributor is input via a broadband band-pass filter; a frequency setting circuit for making an output value of the broadband frequency measuring circuit correspond to a predetermined frequency; a local oscillator which oscillates at a frequency set in the frequency setting circuit; a frequency mixer into which an output signal of the local oscillator and a signal obtained by delaying a second output of the distributor via a delay circuit by a predetermined delay time are input; and a narrowband frequency measuring circuit into which an output signal of the frequency mixer is input via a narrowband band-pass filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
