PURPOSE: An internet connection sharing method based on the automatic establishment of a network interface and apparatus thereof are provided to enable a user to establish a network for sharing the Internet by including a program for establishing the network. CONSTITUTION: A first device(110) transmits a program for establishing internet connection to a second device(120) through a cable. The second device automatically executes the transmitted program. The first device exchanges a message for establishing a network interface with the second device through the cable. The first device and the second device establish the network interface.
