<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a through knot of a veneer degrading product performance of plywood or the like, without causing resin dripping of an adhesive, co-adhesion of veneers, nor transfer to a roller in a drying process. <P>SOLUTION: A hardened film is formed by applying a predetermined resin to a veneer having high percentage of moisture content, knots, peripheries of the knots and the like, a filmy section foams or stretches to expand with respect to contraction of a lumber, and a through knot is prevented by continuously covering the contracted knots. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
