摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an osteogenesis-accelerating composition which can locally maintain an effective concentration of osteogenic factor (BMP) and is composed of a self-organizing peptide hydrogel capable of becoming an osteogenic scaffold. <P>SOLUTION: The osteogenesis-accelerating composition contains a self-organizing peptide selected from the group consisting of BMP and a specific sequence. The concentration of the self-organizing peptide is preferably 0.5-5.0% (w/v). The BMP is preferably a recombinant osteogenic factor. The final concentration of the BMP is preferably 2.5-500 &mu;g/ml. Incorporation of BMP into the self-organizing peptide hydrogel can remarkably increase the osteogenic quantity and the osteomaturation rate compared to the BMP alone and the self-organizing peptide hydrogel alone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
