<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make "copying" between bonded surfaces of a light source unit and a slider extremely high when the both are bonded together. <P>SOLUTION: A light source unit 23 is sucked to a back stopper tool 62, which is moved to position a light emission center 4000 of a light source 40 and a light reception end face of an optical system positioned on a slider back surface 2201 of a slider 22 in a direction within the slider back surface. In a state in which a suction surface 620 of the back stopper tool is tilted from a vertical position to the slider back surface, the light source unit is brought into contact with the slider back surface of the slider, and a load is applied to a weighted surface 2301 of a unit substrate 230 on the opposite side from the bonded surface bonded to the slider by using weighting means 660 to make the bonded surface of the light source unit profile the slider back surface of the slider, thereby bonding the light source unit and the slider together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
