<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for continuously feeding bobbinless bobbin thread in which a needle thread is not entangled with a bobbin thread in a space between a bottom part of a rotary hook and a bottom part of a shuttle body by eliminating a bobbin and introducing the bobbin thread into the shuttle body from the outside of the rotary hook. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a device for continuously feeding bobbinless bobbin thread, in which a thread outlet of a bobbin thread protection conduit 5(2) is attached to a mounting port of a bobbin thread protection conduit 3b opened in a lower part of a guide rail 3f on a side face of a shuttle body, and the other end of the conduit 5(2) is connected to a joint shaft thread outlet 6d attached to a bobbin thread protection conduit thread outlet 5a and a rotary hook shaft 2d, and the contacting portion between the bobbin thread protection conduit 5(2), and a bottom part and the side face of the rotary hook is precisely processed not to have a space therebetween, and a guide rail 3f on the side face of the shuttle body is in contact with the inside of a guide rail groove 2e on a side face of the rotary hook. Accordingly, there is no space between the rotary hook and the shuttle body except a portion between cut ends of the guide rail 3f on the side face of the shuttle body, thereby allowing one end of a needle thread loop to pass through the space between the cut ends of the guide rail 3f on the side face of the shuttle body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
