<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic dispenser capable of ensuring anti-theft property of a money processor against a theft attempt with tools such as bars. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic dispenser includes a rectangular body cabinet 10 whose front face is opened, an outer door 20 swingably arranged on a left side edge part of the body cabinet 10 for opening/closing a front face opening of the body cabinet 10, a storage part for storing a bank bill processing unit 30 held on the back face of the outer door 20 in such a manner as to surround the bank bill processing unit 30, and a cover member 50 swingably provided around the shaft center of a shaft member 1 so as to open/close a back face opening 40a formed by the storage part 40.
