PURPOSE: A mobile rack having a front-tool box is provided to enable an administrator to simply and immediately change parts in a field. CONSTITUTION: A mobile rack having a front-tool box comprises a frame part(1), a movable part, and a driving part(3). The frame part forms the skeleton of the mobile rack. The movable part supports the frame part from the lower part of the frame part. The driving part provides driving force to the movable part. The frame part is equipped with a front panel, a supporting panel, and a receiving panel. The driving part is independently connected to the front panel. The driving part comprises a handle part, a lock gear, a first driving gear, a second driver gear, and a third driving gear.
