PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of complicated procedures of each insurance contract.

SOLUTION: A damage insurance contract server comprises: a property information storage unit for acquiring property information concerning a rental property from an agency server of a real estate agency and storing the acquired property information in association with property identification information identifying the rental property; an input permission unit for permitting an external terminal to input lessee information concerning a lessee corresponding to the input property identification information on condition that the property identification information is input; a certificate output unit for outputting a combination of the lessee information input from the terminal having permission to input and property information corresponding to the property identification information input from the terminal after allocating a policy number for a damage insurance to the combination; and a certificate storage unit for storing the combination of the lessee information and the property information in association with the policy number.
