PURPOSE: An OTP authentication door lock and a control method thereof are provided to increase security by the simultaneous use of linear and nonlinear registers. CONSTITUTION: An OTP authenticator(100) for a tenant comprises a timer(110), an OTP generation module(120), and a transmitter/receiver(130). The OTP authenticator for a tenant creates OTP for a fixed lease time. A master OTP authenticator(200) comprises a transmitter/receiver(210) and an OTP generation module(220). A door lock body(300) comprises a timer(350), an OTP generation module(360), an input unit(340) including a keypad, and a door locking/unlocking unit(370).
