PURPOSE:To simply perform the discrimination of working states by visual observation and to eliminate a mis-assembly by providing a projection at the side part of a cutting face by a cast part and leaving the projection tip without cutting nor machining at the same time at its machining time. CONSTITUTION:At the side part of the cutting face 4 of a cast part 1, the projection 5 whose tip is projecting to the lower part from this work face 4 is provided by integrally casting at the cast time. Then, in case of gamma dimension working allowance being large at the time when the cutting face 4 is subjected to cutting, the tip of the projection 5 is simultaneously cut by performing an A range cutting, in case of no (t) dimension, B range cutting is performed and the tips of the projection 5 is left without cutting. Consequently, the working state can be discriminated by the projection 5 tip. |
