<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management system capable of tracing an operation history of a document even when two or more code images are detected in one-time scan. <P>SOLUTION: A server for managing an operation history of a document, comprises: first saving processing means that, when receiving first information obtained by decoding a code image attached to an original document in duplication and second information that is information of a code image attached to a duplicated document and is obtained by updating the first information, saves information for identifying the original document included in the first information and information for identifying the duplicated document included in the second information; and second saving processing means that saves information for identifying the duplicated document in each predetermined group. The second saving processing means, when the number of information pieces for identifying the original document saved by the first saving processing means is plural, integrates groups to which the same information pieces as the saved plural information pieces for identifying the original document respectively belong into one group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
