<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of restricting the use of its own system according to the presence/absence of a user of a particular terminal device. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply state of an administrator terminal 30 reflects the presence/absence state of the administrator. For example, such states as a power-ON, a power-saving mode, and a power-OFF reflects the presence, seat-leave and an absence of the administrator, respectively. An image processing system 10 acquires power state information (power state response against power acquisition request) from the administrator terminal 30a connected to a network 2, and switches the power state of its own system according to the power state information to restrict the use of its own system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
