摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device of a through-bolt in an impact-driven tool capable of reducing manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: A through-bolt hole 9 is formed in each of a head cap 2, a cylinder 3, a spacer 4, and a chisel holder 5. A through-bolt 10 is inserted into each of the through-bolt holes 9. A bottom nut 13 is screw-engaged with each of the lower screw shafts of screw shafts 11, 12 formed on upper and lower parts of the through-bolts 10. A top nut 16 is screw-engaged with each of the upper screw shafts 11. The head cap 2, the cylinder 3, the spacer 4, and the chisel holder 5 are connected with each other by fastening the top nuts 16. A pin hole 21 is formed in the head cap 2 from the outer circumferential face thereof while crossing a part of the outer circumference of the bolt hole 9, a rotation preventive pin 22 is inserted into the pin hole 21, and the rotation preventive pin 22 is engaged with a flat surface 18 formed on an outer circumferential surface of the through-bolt 10 in order to prevent twisting generated on the through-bolt 10 by receiving twisting force loaded on the through-bolt 10 caused by fastening of the top nut 16 due to the engagement of the rotation preventive pin 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
