<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of an adhesive anchor using a capsule which can suppress scattering of contents during anchor construction. <P>SOLUTION: A capsule 1 is composed of a double pipe structure in which an internal pipe 3 is movable inside an external pipe 2 in axial longitudinal direction. An inorganic powder material A is encapsulated in the internal pipe; while a viscous hardening agent B which hardens the inorganic powder material is encapsulated in the external pipe 2, with an encapsulated amount which is less than a capacity of the external pipe. One end 3a of the internal pipe in axial longitudinal direction approximately overlaps one end 2a of the external pipe in axial longitudinal direction so as to create a void portion Y inside the external pipe adjacent to another end 2b of the external pipe in axial longitudinal direction. The capsule is accommodated in an anchor hole 6 formed in a concrete skeleton 5 such that the other end of the external pipe in axial longitudinal direction having the void portion is positioned at a hole bottom 6a. The capsule is broken from the side of the one end 2a of the external pipe in axial longitudinal direction where the internal pipe and the external pipe overlap with an anchor 4 which is inserted into the anchor hole to achieve construction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
