<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting method for a light projection beam whose measurement accuracy is stable in an optical displacement sensor using Scheimpflug optical system. <P>SOLUTION: An optical displacement sensor 10 using Scheimpflug optical system comprises: a light projection module 9 for irradiating a measurement object with light; a light receiving part 13 where light from the light projection module 9 is reflected by the measurement object and reflected light is received by a light receiving surface; and a light receiving lens 14 being located between the measurement object and the light receiving part 13 for imaging the reflected light on the light receiving surface. An adjusting method for a light projection beam is performed by adjusting a focal position of light irradiated from a light source 11 so that a size of an image in the light receiving part 13 becomes stabilized without depending on a distance between a light projection lens 12 constituting the light projection module 9 and the measurement object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
