<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material for a staircase, capable of preventing splash of rainwater and occurrence of droplet marks. <P>SOLUTION: The floor material for the staircase includes a tread laying part 2 laid on at least the front part of the tread of the staircase and a riser laying part 3 laid on at least the upper part of the riser of the staircase, and the tread laying part 2 and the riser laying part 3 are connected roughly in an L shape through a bend part 4. A plurality of projection parts 61 projected from the front area of the tread laying part 2 to the upper area of the riser laying part 3 are arranged side by side in the width direction, and a groove part 7 from the front area of the tread laying part 2 to the upper area of the riser laying part 3 is formed between the plurality of projection parts 61. The surface of the projection part 61 corresponding to the riser laying part 3 has an inclined surface 61a which is gently inclined from the bend part 4 to the lower area of the riser laying part 3, and the lower end of the inclined surface 61a and the surface of the lower area are continued without a boundary. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
