PURPOSE: A priority allocation method and a system thereof in a CSMA/CA(Carrier Sense Multiple Access/Collision Avoidance) mode are provided to change communication waiting time within an RTS(Request To Send) frame which is received from the registered station and to set up a network allocation vector. CONSTITUTION: A first station(110) transmits an RTS(Request To Send) frame including communication waiting time. An AP(Access Point)(100) transmits a CTS(Clear To Send) frame including communication waiting time. A second station(120) sets up a network assignment vector according to communication waiting time within the CTS frame.
