摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control technique capable of a high speed and high accuracy transition of a drive object to a desired state. <P>SOLUTION: A motor control unit 60 of a control system 1 includes a first control unit 70 and a second control unit 80, and inputs a current command value U1 output from the first control unit 70 into a motor driver 30 in an early stage of a control process and inputs a current command value U2 output from the second control unit 80 instead of the current command value U1 into the motor driver 30 in a later stage of the control process. The first control unit 70 estimates a current upper limit value Umax in consideration of a current drop due to a counter electromotive force and outputs it as the current command value U1 to implement high speed drive of a motor 20. The second control unit 80, on the other hand, comprises a feedback control system and a feed-forward control system, and operates in the later stage of the control process to implement high accuracy drive control of the motor 20 and whereby a high accuracy transition of a drive object to a target state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
