<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet brake device capable of reducing dragging resistance during releasing of a brake and improving durability of an engagement part between a rotary side brake plate and a rotary shaft. <P>SOLUTION: A friction material 48B is provided only to a non-rotary side brake plate 48 out of the rotary side brake plate 47 and the non-rotary side brake plate 48. Thereby, the rotary side brake plate 47 can be made light in weight, and dragging resistance of the rotary side brake plate 47 rotating (idling) with a motor shaft 25 of an electric motor 21 during releasing of the brake can be reduced. Further, as the moment of inertia of the rotary side brake plate 47 can be reduced, friction of the engagement part between a female spline part 47A of the rotary side brake plate 47 and a male spline part 44B of an adapter 44 can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
