The present invention relates to a method for melting skeletal remains which remain after the cremation of a person or animal companion to produce a crystal of the skeletal remains. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: mixing inorganic low-temperature melting additives of which the eutectic point is below 1250?; melting a mixture of the skeletal remains made by mixing the skeletal remains and the inorganic low-temperature melting additives; and cooling the melted mixture of the skeletal remains to form the crystal of the skeletal remains.
