The inner sleeve (1) has a cylindrical cross-sectional portion in which axially continuous slot (4) is formed, and steel-reinforced inner portion. The width of the upper portion (5) of axially continuous slot is larger than the width of the lower portion (6) of axially continuous slot. The radius (7) of the axially continuous slot is 2-3mm. The inner sleeve is partially made of plastic material. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) gas valve; and (2) gas cooker.
