<p>An amplifier and an implementation method thereof are disclosed for implementing a low-noise amplifier with a function of being adjustable over continuous gain under ultra-wideband bandwidth. The amplifier includes: an input matching circuit unit, for implementing input impedance matching and noise matching, and outputting the input signal of the amplifier to a gain-adjustable amplification circuit unit; the gain-adjustable amplification circuit unit, for performing amplification processing on the input signal, and outputting the signal obtained after processed to an output matching circuit unit, and still for receiving an inputted control voltage, and adjusting the gain of the amplifier via the control voltage; the output matching circuit unit, for implementing output impedance matching, and outputting the signal obtained after processed by the gain-adjustable amplification circuit unit.</p> |
