<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoconductive material capable of resulting in an electrophotographic photoreceptor which is free from problems such as partial crystallization during film formation, has a high charging potential, high sensitivity, sufficient responsiveness to light, excellent durability, and high reliability as showing no decrease in the above characteristics even when the photoreceptor is used in a low temperature environment or in a high-speed process, and no decrease in the characteristics even in exposure to light, and to provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor and an image forming apparatus using the material. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor contains an asymmetric hydrazone compound expressed by general formula (I) as a charge transporting substance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
