[Problem] To provide a back-surface protective sheet that allows a predetermined relief structure to be formed with good copyability/reproducibility on a surface, and high electric conversion efficiently to be obtained, and to provide a solar cell module using the back-surface protective sheet. [Solution] A back-surface protective sheet for a solar cell module provided with a solar cell element irradiated with light on one side, wherein the surface on at least one side of the back-surface protective sheet is made from polybutylene terephthalate or a polybutylene terephthalate copolymer in which the temperature difference between the endothermic peak temperature during heating and the exothermic peak temperature during cooling in a DSC measurement is equal to or less than 40°C, and the surface has a relief structure formed at an incline.
