PURPOSE: A composition for spreading the interior of a building is provided not to emitting harmful components like environment hormone, to emit components and smells beneficial for residents, and to have excellent antibacterial effect, deodorization effect, warm-keeping effect, and preventing skin diseases effect. CONSTITUTION: A composition for spreading the interior of a building comprises 4-6 parts by weight of rice straw, 20-30 parts by weight of charcoal, 2-4 parts by weight of tanned leather, 3-5 parts by weight of pine needles, 0.4-0.8 parts by weight of angelica root, 0.4-0.8 parts by weight of atractylodes japonica, 3-5 parts by weight of morus bark, 3-5 parts by weight of phyllostachys nigra, 1-1.4 parts by weight of safflower seed, 1-3 parts by weight of sweetflag, 2-4 parts by weight of arbor vitae, 1-3 parts by weight of imperata cylindrical, 60-100 parts by weight of yellow soil, 2-2.8 parts by weight of elecampane, 8-12 parts by weight of bark of ulmus davidiana. A manufacturing method of the composition comprises a step of crushing and mixing rice straw, charcoal, tanned leather, pine needles, angelica root, atractylodes japonica, morus bark, phyllostachys nigra, safflower seed, sweetflag, vitae, imperata cylindrical, yellow soil, elecampane, and ulmus davidiana, and adding water into the mixture.
