A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SILICONE RESINS CONTAINING ARTIFICIAL MARBLE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a silicon resin is provided to restrain the generation of marble waste, and the generation of mold by blending the waste generated during the process of the artificial marble with a silicon resin. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a silicon resin comprises a step of obtaining melted material by putting sodium nitrate and calcite(CaCO3) into a melted material of CaF2 and olivine-mica powder; a step of generating artificial marble by putting the melted material into a heated mold; a step of obtaining artificial marble powder from the waste of the artificial marble; a step of extracting silicon elements from quartz, generating methyl chloride silane by reacting the silicon powder with methyl chloride, generating silanol by hydrolyzing the methyl chloride silane silanol, and manufacturing a silicon resin by removing water; and a step of mixing the silicon resin and the artificial marble powder.
