PURPOSE: A personal indoor micro weather adjustment system and a method thereof are provided to realize efficient adjustment without a mistake in an adjustment area by managing sensor nodes and adjustment devices in an adjustment area by space. CONSTITUTION: At least one adjustment manager(200) grasps a user in an adjustment area(10-1~10-3). The adjustment manager adjusts indoor micro weather in an adjustment area corresponding to the user. An integrated control server(100) transmits a preference profile of indoor micro weather corresponding to the grasped user to the adjustment manager. The integrated control server manages records of an indoor micro weather adjustment operation executed by the adjustment manager.
