PURPOSE: A multiplex microfluid device for screening nucleic acid aptamers is provided to simultaneously detect each aptamer and to enable automatic process. CONSTITUTION: A multiplex microfluid device for screening nucleic acid aptamers comprises: a substrate having a binding channel which connects an inlet and an outlet; a plurality of target molecule binding regions formed in the binding channel; a plurality of elution channels which are connected to the plural target molecule binding regions; and a step of valve opening/closing system. The valve opening/closing system comprises a valve for controlling fluid flow in the binding channel and a valve for eluting the fluid containing nucleic acid.
