PURPOSE: Tire type mountain-climbing shoes are provided to supply air to the front, rear, right, and left of a shoe sole. CONSTITUTION: Tire type mountain-climbing shoes are as follows. Air is able to be injected into the shoes by an injector(104). Air pressure in the shoes is able to be varied. A mountain-climbing exercise effect is obtained by differentiating the air pressure in the front and rear of a shoe sole. A whole body exercise effect is obtained by adjusting the air pressure in the front and rear of the shoe sole to the same.
