DRIVING UNIT FOR SHIP

PURPOSE: A drive unit for a ship is provided to suppress the generation of stress due to a first change-speed gear module and a second change-speed gear module and improve the spatial utilization of a drive unit by the installation of a driven shaft to be inclined. CONSTITUTION: A drive unit for a ship comprises a driving shaft(110), a driven shaft(140), a first change-speed gear module(120), and a second change-speed gear module(130). The driving shaft is placed on the lower part of the ship and is rotated by the driving source. The driving gear is installed at the end of the driving shaft. The driven shaft is placed on the bottom of the ship to be inclined downward, and a propeller is installed at one end of the driven shaft. The first change-speed gear module comprises a first change-speed gear and a second change-speed gear(125). The second change-speed gear module comprises a third bevel gear part(133) and a fourth bevel gear part(137). The third shaft transfers the torque to the driven shaft.
