PURPOSE: A composition containing an agent for measuring expression level of TA protein is provided to easily diagnose radiation exposure and exposure degree. CONSTITUTION: A composition for diagnosing radiation exposure contains an agent for measuring expression level of TA(transaldolase) protein. The agent is an antibody which specifically binds to TA protein. The antibody is a polyclonal or monoclonal antibody. The agent is a partial peptide having a binding domain which is specific to TA protein. A kit for diagnosing radiation exposure contains the composition. A method for diagnosing radiation exposure comprises: a step of measuring expression level of TA protein in a sample from a patient; and a step of comparing the expression level with a normal control group.
