<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The lead-out tube (10) has a screen tube (12) made of an electrically conductive material. The screen tube extends in a hollow cylindrical manner around a path (14) in its axial direction. The lead-out tube comprises a hollow cylindrical electric insulating layer (16) which is arranged at a radial distance (20) around the screen tube along its axial extension. The insulating layer made of band-shaped insulating material is wound around strips (18) that are flexible in sections.
