PURPOSE: An LED device inspection device is provided to make repair and maintenance convenient by arranging a loading part, a device testing part, a buffer part, and an unloading part in a straight line. CONSTITUTION: An LED device inspection device comprises a loading unit(100), a device inspection part(200), a buffer part(300), an unloading part(400), a first transfer tool(510), a second transfer tool(520), and a third transfer tool(530). The loading unit loads a wafer ring on which LED devices are loaded. The device inspection part is transmitted the LED devices of the loading unit. The buffer part comprises a buffer block loading inspection-completed LED devices that the inspection is completed the device inspection part. The unloading part classifies the LED devices loaded on the buffer block to each sorting plate according to the inspection result of the device inspection part. The first transfer tool picks and moves LED devices between the loading part and the device inspection part. The second transfer tool picks and moves LED devices between the loading part and the buffer part. The third transfer tool picks and moves LED devices between the unloading part and the buffer part.
