PURPOSE: A motor and a recording disc driving device are provided to prevent evaporated fluid from being diffused into the outside of fluid through a gas sealing unit. CONSTITUTION: A shaft support assembly supports a shaft(11) using a fluid dynamic pressure bearing. A rotor(40) is coupled with the shaft. A gas sealing unit(70) is formed on either one of one side of the rotor and one side of the shaft support assembly. One side of the rotor and one side of the shaft support assembly face each other. The gas sealing unit prevents fluid of the fluid dynamic pressure bearing from being discharged to the outside through evaporation.
