<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing boiled rice with diced chicken in which a seasoning soup is uniformly and evenly compatible with polished rice and which does not gain strength in flavor, has no unevenness in bonding strength and is easily formed into a rice ball and to provide a rice ball with diced chicken. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing boiled rice with diced chicken comprises placing and extending an ingredient material composed of seasoned chicken and sliced burdock on the surface of polished rice boiled in a pot, reheating the pot, stopping the heating, steaming the polished rice impregnated with the seasoning soup and blending the polished rice impregnated with the seasoning soup with the ingredient material.
