PURPOSE: A washing apparatus, a sterilizing apparatus including the same, and a shrinkable washing ring used for the same are provided to wash a rod-shaped structure without a detecting sensor such as a proximity sensor. CONSTITUTION: A washing operation is regularly or irregularly required for a rod-shaped structure. A shrinkable washing ring(22) is movably combined with the surface of the rod-shaped structure and is insertion fixed to a moving plate. A driving shaft(19) moves the moving plate and moves the shrinkable washing ring along the surface of the rod-shaped structure. A motor(10) is in connection with the drying shaft and rotates the drying shaft. An elastic member is attached at both sides of the driving shaft and provides restitution force in case of crushing the moving plate.
