<p>[Problem] To provide a phaser, which can be used with respect to a laser beam in the infrared region, and which is highly safe and has a simple configuration. [Solution] A phaser (100) transmits an input beam (I) in the infrared region, and controls the phase of an output beam (I'), which is outputted parallel to the input beam (I). The phaser (100) is characterized in that the phaser is provided with a first crystal (10), in which the optical axis (L) is disposed to orthogonally intersect the input beam (I), and that the first crystal (10) is composed of a LaF3 single crystal.</p> |
