摘要 <p>Disclosed is a method for identifying pork content in a food, wherein the method includes the steps of: (a) extracting deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) from a sample from said food; and (b) conducting a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis test on the extracted DNA using forward and reverse primers comprising the following nucleotide sequences: forward primer 5'-AGC TGC ACT ACA AGC AAT CC-3', and reverse primer 5'-ATG CGT TTG AGT GGG TTA GG-3' targeted to a fragment of porcine NOS mitochondrial gene; wherein specific amplification of said gene fragment identifies a pork content in said food.</p>
