POWER STORAGE DEVICE AND MONITORING-CONTROL DEVICE USED THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device which can reduce energy losses and a monitoring-and-control device used therefor.

SOLUTION: When a plurality of single battery cells 104 are electrically paralleled off (separated) by an SD switch 103 into a first single battery cell group 101 and a second single battery cell group 102, the single battery cells 104 between the first single battery cell group 101 and the second single battery cell group 102 having the same electric potential in positional relations are electrically connected in parallel by a connection circuit 502 configured between the first single battery cell group 101 and the second single battery cell group 102, and the electrically parallel connected single battery cells 104 on one side have their electricity discharged to those on the other side. That way, the above objective is met.
