PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming an arch panel unit is provided to reduce the number of processes by attaching a lining to the bottom surface of the arch panel unit when bending a metal plate into an arch shape. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for forming an arch panel unit comprises a first uncoiler(200), a second uncoiler(300), a plurality of guide rollers(400), a pressure-contact roller(500), and a protection film separating unit(600). A metal plate(10) is loaded in the first uncoiler in the front of a main bending unit(100). A lining(20) is loaded in the second uncoiler behind the first uncoiler. The guide rollers guide the lining to move through the underside of the first uncoiler. The pressure-contact roller guides the metal plate attached with the lining to be supplied to the main bending unit. The protection film separating unit is installed below the pressure-contact roller and separates and rolls a protection film(25) which is attached to the top surface of the lining to protect an adhesive.
